RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

The return period is 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product. Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, in their packaging and with their original labelling. The articles will be checked by the MUTLU team, in order to assess the good condition of the same and the acceptance of the return.

The shipping costs for the first return shall be borne by MUTLU, (with the exception of customs costs, if any, which shall be borne by the customer).

We do not accept exchanges or returns of jewellery, for reasons of hygiene. We will only exchange costume jewellery items if they are defective or damaged.

To process the return, please send an email to hola@mutluaccessories.com with the order number and explaining the reason for the return. We will reply as soon as possible informing you of how to proceed with the return of the product. Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 17:00.

Once the return has been approved and you have been informed by email that the refund will be made, it may take up to 10 working days before you receive the credit.
