Return and Exchange Policy
The return period is 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, with their original packaging and tags intact. All returned items will be inspected by the MUTLU team to assess their condition and accept the return.
Shipping costs for the first return will be covered by MUTLU (except for customs fees, if applicable). If the product is defective, MUTLU will cover all return shipping costs.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns of costume jewelry. We will only replace jewelry items if they are defective or damaged.

We will respond as soon as possible with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Once your refund is approved and you are notified by email, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
